1. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the browser extension.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SmartCommenter for spamming or automated posting
• Resell the extension without permission
• Misuse the tool to violate LinkedIn’s terms of service

3. Plans and Limits

• Free plan: 5 generations/day
• Pro plan: 250 generations/day
• Business plan: 1000 generations/day

The backend enforces daily usage.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are handled securely by Paddle.
Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartCommenter is provided “as-is.”
We are not responsible for account actions on LinkedIn or user-posted content.

6. Termination

We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or abuse.
